RN Orthopedic Surgery

Role

RN in Ortho, Post Operative, Med/Surg on A6
1 opening
23-bed unit
Trauma Level 3
Patient ratios: 4-6:1
Patient population: geriatric, adult, peds (13 and older)
Common diagnoses/treatments: post operative joints, post op bariatric, postoperative gi, trauma patients

Schedule

36 guaranteed hours per week
Weekend hours as needed / every third weekend
No call
Open to 48hrs guaranteed and weekend block scheduling

Float Scope

Must be willing to float as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Orthopedics experience within the last year
1 year of Orthopedics experience
ACLS
BLS
PALS
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg experience

Preferred Qualifications
