Work Schedule

• Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weekends preferred and flexible but not required
• No call requirements

Facility & Unit Information

• Inpatient Rehabilitation setting
• 35-bed unit
• Patient ratio approximately 1:6
• Patient population includes neurological diagnoses, orthopedic conditions, and debility
• Standard equipment available
• Electronic Health Record system: UDS

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services to patients recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions
• Work in a modern rehabilitation hospital environment designed to promote patient recuperation with features such as therapy gyms, therapy courtyard, robotic exoskeleton (EksoNR), and virtual reality rehab tools
• Participate in customized, intense rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in acute or rehabilitation hospital settings
• Cooperative team player attitude

• Report time on first day: 8:00 AM
• Parking available at rear of building
