Job Details

• Position: CT Tech - Radiology
• Employment Type: Travel Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Hours per Week: 36
• Call: No call required
• Weekends: No weekends required

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT Certification
• TMB Certification
• BLS Certification

Unit and Work Environment

• Location: Imaging Services, Main Hospital, 1st Floor
• Equipment: GE imaging equipment
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech
• Typical Dress Code:

  • Technologists wear olive green tops and black pants
• Work Schedule: 7-10 hour shifts, no weekends

Additional Information

• No call responsibilities for CT Techs on this unit
• The unit supports multiple imaging disciplines including CT, X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound, and Mammography, but this role focuses on CT
• Permanent positions are available on the unit
• The unit values candidates with ARRT, TMB, and BLS certifications
• Preferred candidates have at least 2 years of experience, but minimum requirement is 1 year
