Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours (4 days per week, shift 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Operating Room with 14 OR beds
Staff includes 70 full-time equivalents
Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 1 RN and 1 Surgical Technician (ST) per OR, Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), Anesthesia Technicians (ATs), Trauma team
Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 1 RN, 1 ST
Patient ratio approximately 1:1 (estimated, not guaranteed)
Electronic Medical Record system: Meditech
Typical procedures: Neurosurgery, Transplants, Orthopedics/Spine
On-call requirement: 1-2 shifts per week from 5 PM to 7 PM
Flexibility required for day/evening hours as needed

Valid Certified Surgical Technologist license in Colorado
Certified Surgical Technologist with at least 6 months (0.5 years) of experience
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
CST or NBSTA certification
DORA certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
USP 800 Hazardous Drug Risk certification
