Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location: Laconia, New Hampshire
Shift: 12-hour nights (7p-7a), weekdays with every other weekend (EOW)
Hours per week: 36

Job Description

• Work primarily in ICU with floating to ED, Stepdown, and Med Surg units (with modified assignments)
• Experience with critical care equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, Arctic Sun or TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infuser
• EMR experience preferred (Cerner preferred but not required)

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 2-3 years of ICU experience (strong candidates closer to 2 years must demonstrate ability to work independently and quickly, with a variety of care experience)
• References: 2 recent specialty charge/manager RNs
• Skills checklist matching ICU specialty
• Driver’s license with address matching demographics
• Return to Office (RTO) documentation must be included at submission

Preferred Qualifications

• CVICU experience (make a call out if applicable)
• TNCC, PALS, CCRN certifications

Additional Information

• Local candidates preferred (within 50 miles)
• Floating assignments include ED, Stepdown, and Med Surg units
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this role
