Job Opportunity: Nurse Supervisor

Location: Brooklyn, New York
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: Approximately 15 weeks


Job Summary

  • Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
  • Monitor patient care performance and assess units in collaboration with nurse managers.
  • Communicate and assist with any necessary corrective actions.
  • Develop record-keeping systems to document medication errors and counseling.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in New York
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a House Supervisor, including experience within the last year
  • At least 5 years of experience in supervisory roles
  • Experience in Labor and Delivery
