Job Opportunity: Nurse Supervisor

Location: Brooklyn, New York
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: Approximately 15 weeks

Job Summary

Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
Monitor patient care performance and assess units in collaboration with nurse managers.
Communicate and assist with any necessary corrective actions.
Develop record-keeping systems to document medication errors and counseling.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
BLS certification
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a House Supervisor, including experience within the last year
At least 5 years of experience in supervisory roles
Experience in Labor and Delivery
