Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
Unit: General OR
Unit size: 9 Regular, 1 Trauma, 1 Urgent
Cases: About 30 cases per day

Required Qualifications

OR RN
BLS Certification
Level I experience required
2 years of core experience in the specialty being submitted to
Level I Trauma experience
Trauma, ortho trauma, and general experience
Must have robotics
Cerner experience
Must be able to complete the Day 1 pass/fail exam and SIMs Lab
Must be able to complete the Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam before acceptance
Must have their own vehicle

Preferred

Scrub RN is a big plus

Schedule and Call

One call shift each week and one weekend a month
Weekend rotation with staff
Sunday-Tuesday overnights, 18:30–07:00, no call

Floating

May float to Lithotripsy if the skill is present
May float to Westgate or AZ General Laveen Campus

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are accepted
Travelers may be expected to have nursing students
Scrub color is provided
