Location: Davenport, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: Days
Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Position requires working Sunday through Saturday schedule.
Guarantee of 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts, or 40 hours per week for eight to ten hour shifts.
No on-call or call-back responsibilities.
Local placements within an 80-mile radius.
If housing is provided by the facility, local pay rates apply.
A $500 fee will be charged if the clinician cancels or quits with less than 14 days' notice.

Valid Physical Therapist license in Iowa
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
