Bone Marrow Transplant RN

Location

  • Cleveland, Ohio

Contract

  • 13 weeks
  • Day/night rotations every 2 weeks

Role Overview

  • Inpatient 30-bed unit caring for patients with malignant hematologic disorders
  • Stem cell transplant and CAR-T infusions are performed on the unit
  • Research protocols are part of the patient population/care setting

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Ohio
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Bone Marrow Transplant experience
  • Transplant Surgery experience within the last year
  • 1 year of experience in Transplant Surgery
  • ONS/ONCC
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

  • Resume, job application, and 2 professional references from the last 2 years
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year prior to start
  • License and certification verification completed within 30 days prior to start
  • Employment verification within the last 5 years
  • Education verification
  • Physical exam statement within 1 year prior to start confirming ability to work without restrictions
  • Drug screen within 60 days of start
  • TB testing within the last 6 months
  • MMR immunity documentation or required boosters if not immune
  • Varicella immunity documentation or required boosters if not immune
  • Hepatitis B documentation or signed declination
  • Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
  • Fit test within 1 year prior to start
  • Influenza vaccine proof during flu season, or approved declination/medical accommodation if applicable
  • Background check and Ohio fingerprinting requirements
  • OIG, SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC, I-9, module completion, competency exam, and core competencies
