Job Specialty

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- Prior travel experience is not specified as required.
- COVID-19 vaccination is preferred but not mandatory; medical or religious exemptions accepted with approval.
- Positive PPD requires additional documentation but annual negative PPD is optional if 2-step PPD done within past year.
- Badge photo required (headshot, shoulders up, plain background, JPEG format).
- Submission packet must include resume, 2 professional references (within last 2 years), job application, and employment history form.
