Job Opportunity: RN Home Health - Days

Location: Ridgecrest, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekend/Call: No weekends, no call required
Patient Load: 3-5 patients per day (varies by distance and acuity)
Work Environment:

• Team-based approach with Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) supporting patient visits
• Lower acuity compared to most home health agencies
• Documentation via tablet/phone provided
• Office located near hospital
• Housing available through a contract with a local facility

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience, with recent experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel
