Job Opportunity: Nuclear Medicine Technician (PETCT Tech)
Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 11 weeks
Job Description
- Seeking a PET Tech for a 12-week assignment.
- Schedule: 4x10 hour day shifts with a rotating day off on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
- Must have experience with IV, Oncology PET, and Cardiac PET procedures.
- Local candidates will not be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Hampshire license for Nuclear Medicine Technician.
- Certification: ARRT (N) or NMTCB.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA preferred).
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification.
- Must have documentation of:
- Two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test.
- Influenza vaccine during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 15), no exemptions allowed.
- TB screening within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test) and updated if >6 month break.
- Physician health statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Fit test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date, updated annually.
- Background and professional verifications including:
- Criminal background check (including NH state-specific checks).
- Education verification.
- Social Security Number trace.
- National sex offender registry check.
- Exclusion list checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid).
- Additional documentation:
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state.
- Two professional references within 4 years (minimum one supervisor).
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year.
- Confirmation of assignment form upon acceptance.
