Job Overview
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts
- Employment type: LTA
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, rotating day/night shifts, every other weekend, every other holiday
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- CVICU (2 years of experience)
- CVICU experience within the last year
- 1 year or more of total travel experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Required Onboarding Items
- BLS certification
- MGB Medication Exam
- MMR documentation or immunity proof
- TB test documentation
- Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- Resume covering the past 7 years of work experience
- 2 references from within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above
- Skills checklist
- Education verification
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Beeline attestation
Additional Notes
- N95 fit test and respirator medical clearance are required if the skill requires fit testing
- Positive TB history may require a chest x-ray
