Work Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description

Seeking a CT Technologist to work overnight shifts three days per week. This role requires proficiency in CT imaging and the ability to work independently during night hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year

Required Documentation and Compliance

Candidates must provide the following prior to or upon assignment start:

• Professional resume/profile.
• Two professional references.
• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to assignment start.
• Driver’s license or state ID (must be current and address must match licensing records).
• Signed assignment agreement and onboarding attestations.
• Completion of core competencies including HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission, and specialty-specific skills checklist.
• Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry, and EPLS.
• Employment verification for the past seven years.
• Education verification relevant to clinical work.
• Health and immunization documentation including:

  • MMR (two vaccines or positive titer, no declinations accepted)
  • Varicella (two vaccines or immunity verification, no declinations accepted)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
  • Influenza vaccine during flu season (mask required if declined)
  • Tdap vaccine valid within 10 years (no declinations accepted)
  • TB screening (2-step PPD or IGRA, chest X-ray if positive, annual questionnaire)
  • Fit test for respiratory protection (preferred before start)
  • Health statement or physical exam updated annually
• Drug screening: 12-panel drug test within 30 days prior to start, updated annually.
• Badge photo: Forward-facing headshot with white or blue background, no alterations.

Additional Notes

• All required competencies and verifications must be current and compliant with facility standards.
• Some onboarding forms and attestations are completed onsite.
• Flu season runs October 1 through March 31; mask-wearing is mandatory if flu vaccine is declined.
• Background checks and verifications must be updated annually or if there is a break in service longer than 90 days.
