Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Dayton, Ohio
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• Flex shift options listed as 17:00–05:30 or 19:00–07:30
• Must work every other weekend
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• ED - Emergency Department (1.5 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute or AVADE or Calm Every Storm
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic

Floating / Assignment Details

• Traveler will be first to float at the employer’s discretion
• May float within specialty clusters and may be assigned to a medically appropriate unit or to support the nursing care team
• Float scope includes high-risk respiratory unit/COVID
• If assigned to MVH, floating may include main campus (Dayton) and south campus (Centerville)
• North Campus (Englewood) is also mentioned in the float geography

Scheduling Notes

• Must be available to work every other weekend/holiday
• The employer reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract
• The employer reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks’ notice without fee or fine
