Role Overview

• Operating Room RN
• Prefer RNs who can scrub and circulate
• Must be able to function independently in:

  • Robotics
  • Orthopedics
  • General
  • GYN
  • Urology
  • Bariatrics
  • ENT
  • Plastics
  • Vascular
  • Thoracic, excluding cardiac and open heart
  • Trauma

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Operating Room experience within the last year
• 3 years of Operating Room experience
• One completed travel assignment
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
• Experience working with Level 2 Trauma patients
• Experience with the da Vinci surgical robot
• Experience with robotic surgery
• Experience with gynecologic (GYN) surgery
• Experience with general surgery
• Orthopedics experience
• Urology experience
• Bariatric experience
• ENT Surgery experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Level I Trauma experience is preferred, with at least Level II experience noted as the minimum preferred threshold
• Familiarity with the Davinci xi robot
• Familiarity with the DV5 Davinci robot

Work Expectations

• Call: 2–3 calls within a 6-week matrix, with a 30-minute response required
• Weekends: 3–4 weekend shifts within a 6-week matrix
• Holidays: as needed
• Floating: as needed
• Travelers are expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays
• May be asked to care for COVID patients

• RTO the week of Christmas cannot be approved
