Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Driver's License
Orthopedics experience

Schedule / Assignment Details

On-call as needed
Weekend rotation as needed
Block schedule not accommodated; weekend block may be considered
Team nursing ratio: 1:12 split between 2 RN, 2 LPN, Charge, and Med Nurse

Certifications

BLS
NIH Stroke Certification
ACLS

Additional Notes

All RTO must be submitted at time of application
References: two recent professional references required
