Job Opportunity: CVICU Registered Nurse

Health & Immunization Requirements

- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B (titer, vaccine series, or declination)
- Varicella (chickenpox)
Seasonal flu vaccination required during flu season (medical/religious exemptions allowed).
COVID-19 vaccination series or approved medical/religious exemption required.

Documentation & Onboarding

Proof of I9 or attestation.
Government-issued photo ID required during hours of service.
Proof of E-Verify or attestation.
Completion of online training modules prior to start (must be done on a computer using Google Chrome).
Pass/Fail testing on EKG and Pharmacology during orientation (2 attempts allowed per test).
State license primary source verification within 30 days of start.
NURSYS verification required within 30 days of start.
2 professional references within 2 years required for travel positions.

Additional Notes

Candidates must carry photo ID during work hours.
Fingerprinting clearance must be completed and approved before starting; Livescan electronic fingerprinting is required if no prior clearance exists.
Onboarding modules and compliance documents are high priority and must be completed before the start date.
Pass/Fail testing is mandatory for RNs and LPNs; failure to pass results in contract cancellation.
