- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks (may be called off for 1 eight-hour shift per 2 weeks)

Required Experience & Skills
- Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty

Required Licenses & Certifications
- License: Alaska RN license (must have in hand for auto offer)
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- ACM (Acute Care Management) certification preferred

Required Documentation & Compliance
- Background check within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
- Drug screen: 10 panel within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
- Immunizations and health documents required:
- TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months
- TDAP vaccine within 10 years or declination
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination (Alaska placements require positive titer and vaccine series)
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer
- Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
- COVID vaccine or declination
- Respirator clearance required annually for travel candidates
- References: Minimum 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment in a comparable specialty/setting within last 3 years
- Employment application covering at least last 5 years
Additional Requirements
- Must complete Providence-specific WorkRamp training modules prior to start, including:
- Annual regulatory requirements
- Specialty-specific modules for Case Management and RN roles
- Basics of Trauma Informed Care (required at this facility)
- Epic training modules required with transcript submission prior to moving to paid status
- Float policy acknowledgement required (may float to other Providence facilities within reasonable distance)
- Compliance with state-specific background and license verification requirements

- Candidates must have valid Alaska RN license at time of offer
- No prior travel experience required for this position
