Job Opportunity: RRT Pediatrics (Travel/Contract)

Location: Akron, Ohio
Specialty: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Contract Length

12 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Pediatric Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Respiratory Therapist experience
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience working with Adult patients
Certifications required:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Preferred Qualifications

Level 3 and 4 NICU experience
PCAR (Pediatric Care After Resuscitation) certification preferred

Additional Information

Must complete facility-specific documents including HIPAA/confidentiality agreements and computer security agreements
Orientation safety manual acknowledgment required annually
STABLE certification required for NICU (can be completed onsite)
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
