Position Details

- Productivity: Minimum 30 points weekly
- Average Patients per Day: 5-7 (to be confirmed during interview)

- On-call: No call required
- Territory: Up to 60-mile radius from the hub/office
- Locals: Accepted (at travel rate)
- License: Must have license in hand
- Special Requirements:
- Flexibility with territory expected for travelers
- Timely documentation and communication required
- All charting must be completed by 9 AM the following morning
- Dress Code: Scrubs (any color), no jeans
- Technology Provided: iPad provided (no cell phone use allowed)
- Mileage: Reimbursed at IRS standard rate
Required Certifications & Compliance
- BLS (Basic Life Support): Required (AHA, ARC, Military accepted)
- State License Verification: Primary source verification within 90 days of start and upon expiration
- NURSYS Verification: For applicable professions (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 90 days of start
- Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement: Signed and updated annually

- County searches (last 7 years)

- Nationwide Sex Offender
- Motor Vehicle Records/Driver’s Record
- Education Verification (highest degree related to profession)
- Work History Verification (7 years, with 3 attempts if unverifiable)
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- State-specific searches as applicable (e.g., Texas DPS, Washington WATCH)
- Fingerprinting requirements vary by state (Alaska, Connecticut, Washington)
Health & Safety Requirements
- Physical Exam: Physician statement within last 12 months (not required annually)
- Fit Mask Test: Required (N95 accepted, no specific model)
- TB Testing: Negative TB test (PPD, Q Gold, or TSpot) within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years if positive PPD
- TB Questionnaire: Required annually for all candidates
- Vaccinations:
- Rubeola (Measles): 2 vaccines or positive titer (exempt if born before 1957)
- Mumps: 2 vaccines or positive titer (exempt if born before 1957)
- Rubella: 2 vaccines or positive titer (exempt if born before 1957)
- Hepatitis B: Series, titer, or declination accepted
- Varicella: Series, titer, or declination accepted
- Drug Testing: 9-panel drug screen within last 12 months (instant acceptable)
