Overview

• Travel/contract role in Columbia, South Carolina
• 13-week assignment
• 1:1 ratio
• Rotating day shifts: 4x10s, 7:00-17:30 and 9:30-20:00
• Shifts vary based on procedure completion; shift blocks are grouped for consistency
• Weekend requirement: yes
• On-call requirement: one weekend per month plus one weekday call shift each week
• Does not float between service lines
• Does not float to sister facilities
• First-timers accepted
• Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis within a 60-mile radius

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in South Carolina
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 2 years of experience
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Electrophysiology Lab experience
• Radiation badge required; agency must provide it
• Copy of Driver's License required
• Copy of Social Security Card required
• E-Verify attestation required
• Annual background check required
• Education verification required
• NURSYS verification required
• Primary source license verification required
• 2 clinical references required
• At least one reference must be from the same unit
• Work history verification for the last 3 clinical employers
• South Carolina state exclusion list required

Preferred

• Diploma or transcript copy is highly preferred
• COVID vaccination records are highly preferred

• Epic charting
• Hospital-issued Cath Lab scrubs
• Parking is available at no fee
• All RTO must be submitted at time of application
• Block scheduling requires manager approval
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season
