Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin
• Based at a rehabilitation hospital
• ASAP start date
• 13-week contract
• Day shift: 5x8, Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:30
• 2 weekends required; candidate can choose the weekends and comp days the week prior/after
• No call required
• Locals not accepted; 70-mile radius rule applies
• 1st-time traveler accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin; license may be pending
• Physical Therapist with 1 year of experience
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Experience caring for joint replacement patients
• Experience with Epic
• OSHA respirator clearance / fit testing requirements must be met, including shaving for mask seal

Additional Notes
