Overview
- Travel/contract role in Saint Louis, Missouri
- Night shift, 3x12 hours
- 36 hours per week
- Start date: 3–4 weeks out per compliance tier
- Contract length: 12 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
- Management and titration of cardiac drips
- Chest tube management
Clinical Responsibilities
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
- Telemetry monitoring
- Manage and titrate cardiac drips
- Chest tube care
Schedule / Assignment Details
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend
- Floating: may float within scope to meet facility needs
- On-call not required
- Block scheduling not accommodated
- Local candidates not accepted; home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
- RTO limit: no more than 7 days per 13-week contract
Additional Notes
- Dual-unit setting with PCU/Stepdown and floor side
- Ratios: PCU 2–3; floor usually 4, sometimes 5
- Guaranteed hours
- Navy blue scrubs
