Overview

Travel/contract role in Saint Louis, Missouri
Night shift, 3x12 hours
36 hours per week
Start date: 3–4 weeks out per compliance tier
Contract length: 12 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
Management and titration of cardiac drips
Chest tube management

Clinical Responsibilities

Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
Telemetry monitoring
Manage and titrate cardiac drips
Chest tube care

Schedule / Assignment Details

Weekend requirement: every other weekend
Floating: may float within scope to meet facility needs
On-call not required
Block scheduling not accommodated
Local candidates not accepted; home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
RTO limit: no more than 7 days per 13-week contract

Additional Notes

Dual-unit setting with PCU/Stepdown and floor side
Ratios: PCU 2–3; floor usually 4, sometimes 5
Guaranteed hours
