Overview

• Location: Milan, Missouri
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00–07:00)
• Weekly hours: 36
• Schedule notes: Weekends required; may occasionally cover additional shifts; no call

Role Summary

• Primary assignment is on the MedSurg floor
• May assist in the ER when needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Med Surg (1 year of experience)
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Proof of E-Verify or attestation
• 7-year criminal background check covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Missouri EDL search
• Physical exam
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
• 9-panel drug screen within the last 12 months
• Flu vaccination or approved declination/exemption
• 2 clinical references
• Complete application/resume
• Skills checklist
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
• Competency exam

Notes

• Possible extension after the initial contract
• Overtime applies after 48 hours
