Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Rancho Mirage, California
- Night shift, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
- 13-week contract
- Resource Pool RN
- May be called off or placed on call once per pay period; if placed on call, there is a 60-minute call back requirement
- Float scope: all areas except L&D/women’s, ED, Special Procedures, High Medicare Population, and high geriatric population
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation
- Proficiency with 3 of the following cardiac drips: Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, or Nitro
- Oncology experience
- Experience with Epic
- Flu vaccine required, with exemptions accepted on a case-by-case basis
Preferred
- ONS
- PCCN
- ACLS
- Vascular experience
- Experience in a teaching hospital with residents highly preferred
Clinical Experience / Patient Population
- Strong MS/Tele and Tele skills needed
- Experience with DM, COPD, Cardiovascular Disease, Hepatic, Oncology, sepsis protocol, and Alcohol withdrawal protocol

- Ratios: 1:4–5
- Weekend coverage: every other
- Scrubs: navy or white
