Schedule

• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 17:45–6:15
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:15–17:45
• 36 hours per week

Role Overview

• Works in a Critical Access Hospital
• Provides care for both Emergency Department and Acute Swing Bed patients

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Montana
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Required Documentation / Compliance

• Current and valid driver’s license, government photo ID, or passport
• 7-year background check within 30 days of start, renewed annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest completed education
• NURSYS verification within 30 days of start
• Negative drug screen within 30 days of start, renewed annually
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray, renewed annually
• COVID vaccination series or approved medical/religious exemption
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved declination/exemption during flu season
• References: 2 required, including a direct supervisor reference within the last year
• Current employment application with 7 years of employment history and explanation for gaps over 30 days

Health Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask test within 12 months prior to start, renewed annually
• Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap documentation preferred
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation required
