Overview

• Travel/contract role in Tulsa, Oklahoma
• Day shift: 12:00 PM–10:30 PM
• 4x10 schedule, 40 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Unit accepts first-time travelers
• Local candidates are not accepted; local radius is 75 miles

Required Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma Pharmacist license
• 1 year of pharmacist experience
• Pharmacist experience within the last year
• BCPS
• BLS issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, RQI, or American Safety and Health Institute

Additional Required Items

• Drivers License/State ID
• E-Verify
• 7-year background check within 1 year of start, with annual updates
• EPLS/GSA/SAM
• HHS/OIG
• Education verification
• Transcript or diploma may be accepted as a placeholder if education verification is not finalized in time for start
• Fingerprinting and signed fingerprint consent form
• Clear headshot for badge
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Fit test within 1 year of start
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• TB questionnaire required for positive TB results
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella documentation
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
• Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
• Complete application/resume
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• 7-year work history verification

Preferred

• ACLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, MAB, NIH Stroke Certification, and CPI when applicable
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam when applicable
• Competency exam when applicable
