Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arizona
Telemetry experience within the last year
1.5 years of telemetry experience
One completed travel assignment
ACLS
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NRP
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Requirements

Must be agreeable to floating
ACLS must not expire within 30 days of start
2 professional references from employment within the last 3 years, including 1 supervisory reference
Employment application with complete work history for the last 7 years and explanations for gaps of 30 days or more
Current driver’s license or state ID showing address
Background check, drug screen, and health documentation required before start
