Job Opportunity: X-Ray Technician

Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Employment Type: Travel Allied Health Clinical Position
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Perform imaging and treatment processes following state, federal, and professional guidelines
Maintain imaging equipment, ensuring safety and proper functioning
Assess patient comfort during procedures
Monitor and coordinate daily imaging procedures
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician (highest required experience: 3 years)
Graduate of an accredited Radiography School
Current New Jersey State Radiologic Technologist (RT) License
ARRT certification
BLS certification
Knowledge of various imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Awareness of current trends and advances in clinical practice, healthcare informatics, and imaging technology
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
