Schedule

• 10-hour weekday shifts, with the biggest need being four weekday shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 12-hour shifts are also listed, including one weekend day
• No weekend call

Role Summary

• Provides professional care in invasive cardiac, electrophysiology, and vascular laboratories
• Assists with treatments, therapies, and procedures, including scrub assistant, monitoring, and circulating
• Administers medication under physician supervision
• Documents patient information and communicates relevant updates to physicians and teammates
• Calculates, interprets, and analyzes data
• Assists with development of policies, procedures, and standards of care

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ARRT
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Procedural experience
• Cardiac care experience
• Electrophysiology Lab experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist/Electrophysiology Specialist training or experience
• Graduate of a Cardiovascular Interventional Program
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Cardiovascular Specialist

Additional Notes

• Background in cardiac care or procedural care is preferred
• Participation in committee and governance activities is highly recommended
