Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Travel Assignment

• Day shift
• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Labor and Delivery (3 years of experience)
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in an Acute Care setting

Job Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, quality nursing care for assigned patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and ancillary team members
• Document nursing care according to policy
• Use effective communication for safe patient handoffs
• Float to the sister facility and other departments as requested and qualified

• Annual organizational requirements for employment must be completed
• AWS schedule with overtime after 40 hours in a week and double time after 12 hours in a day
