Interventional Technologist I

Location

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Schedule

4x10 shifts
On-call coverage on nights and weekends, approximately 8–10 shifts per month
May need to work overtime

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Oklahoma
Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS
ARRT (RT)

Role Overview

Assists physicians with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures
Supports procedures such as cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, angiography, device implantation, biopsies, thrombectomy, embolization, and pain management
Prepares patients for procedures and provides comfort
Serves as scrub tech during procedures and maintains a sterile field
Performs quality control, equipment cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance
Supports documentation, image transfer, and post-testing quality review
May assist with teaching, precepting, and onboarding team members
