Shift Details

• Variable day/night shifts
• Shift times: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Weekend/Holiday rotation: Every other weekend and holiday
• Float requirements: May float to ER and ICU as needed
• On-call: Possible low census call with minimum 2-hour callback

Work Hours

• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly
• Overtime after 80 hours worked in the second week
• 36 hours of low census unbillable hours eligible per contract
• On-call hours count toward low census hours; callback pay provided if called in

Patient Population & Unit Info

• Med Surg unit with 25 beds
• Patient types: Geriatric patients with CHF, COPD, Diabetes
• Patient ratios: Day 1:4-1:5, Night 1:6 average

• Flu season policy: Travelers declining flu and COVID vaccinations must wear a mask at all times per facility policy (mandatory compliance)

This position requires a skilled Medical-Surgical RN with ICU and ER experience, flexible with shifts and float assignments, and able to work in a variable, fast-paced environment.
