Perform all nursing responsibilities specific to the Emergency Department scope of service.
Implement procedures and theories related to ED nursing practice.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing care.
Complete initial patient assessments upon admission and develop appropriate care plans based on patient and family needs.
Implement and modify care plans and nursing interventions based on continuous patient evaluation.
Ensure patient and staff safety by reporting and correcting safety hazards and incidents.
Communicate effectively with staff, patients, families, and visitors to promote a healthy and healing environment.
Provide constructive feedback to peers to support professional development and knowledge sharing.
Identify personal learning needs and take initiative for professional growth.
Fulfill all departmental competency requirements.

Minimum of 3 years relevant nursing experience.
ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) required; BSN preferred.
Illinois State RN License in good standing.
Current certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
