Job Summary

Evaluates and treats patients of all ages
Assesses speech, language, feeding, and swallowing impairments
Develops and implements treatment plans with measurable goals
Collaborates with patients, families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals
Provides patient and caregiver education on home programs and activities
Coordinates with pediatric PT/OT on treatment interventions
Completes daily documentation and charging in therapy EMR
Supports clinical ladder expectations, including student supervision, an approved project, and one in-service training

Required Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Illinois
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Master's degree in a related field
