Job Description

Perform or assist in ultrasound examinations.
Provide technical assistance to Radiologists.
Maintain and care for ultrasound equipment.
Prepare and examine patients according to departmental procedures.
Operate, adjust, clean, and make minor repairs to ultrasound equipment.
Ensure adequate supplies are available.
Assist in orientation and mentoring of new Ultrasound personnel.
Capture images onto PACS and transfer to physicians' workstations.
Handle scheduling and telephone inquiries.
Perform other duties as required.

Schedule

Saturdays: 8 AM – 4 PM
Sundays: 8 AM – 4 PM
Monday through Friday: Off
Approximately 15 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Diagnostic Medical Technology.
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) credential.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience as an Ultrasound Technologist within the last year.
Proficiency in relevant software usage.
