Typical shift: 8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Hours per week: 36 guaranteed, flexible up to 40
Float: May be required to float within regional territories

On-call: Possible low census on-call hours; call-back pay applies with a 2-hour minimum

Valid Physical Therapist license for Minnesota and Wisconsin
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience: New graduates accepted
Charting experience preferred with Epic electronic health record system
Home care experience with oversight of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) preferred
Ability to manage approximately 150 patients within a 45-mile radius

Radius rule: Must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
Primary responsibilities: Starts of care, initial evaluations, and some routine visits
Scrub colors: Any clean, work-appropriate color
Candidates with prior contract experience in colder climates (Midwest, Northeast, Mountain regions) preferred for winter start dates
Flu and COVID vaccination policy: Travelers declining vaccination must wear a mask at all times during flu season; compliance is mandatory with no exceptions
