Scheduling Requirements

• Shift Lengths: 8, 10, or 12 hours
• Call: 1 night a week and 1.5 weekends every 8 weeks
• Weekend Shifts: 48 hours for full weekends, 24 hours for half weekends

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a level II or higher facility
• Proficiencies:

  • Ortho trauma
  • Craniotomies
  • Burr holes
  • Robotic general surgeries (Appendectomy, Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy)
  • Cystoscopy
  • ENT procedures
  • Total joints
• Advanced Skills: Proficient in DaVinci robots

• Robotic general surgeries
• Robotic GYN surgeries

• Minimal plastic surgeries
• Breast surgeries

Certifications Required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
