Shift Coverage Example (Day Shift): 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1-3 sitters
On-call Requirement: 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month with a 30-minute response time
Equipment: DaVinci Robotics (SI, XI), Mako Robotics
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech / CPN

Valid RN license in Kansas
Minimum 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Current certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Experience in an Acute Care setting
De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting

The unit is competitive and values candidates with specialized skills and experience
Exposure to advanced surgical robotics and diverse surgical procedures offers a dynamic work environment
