• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Rotating schedule
• Patient Ratios: 1 nurse to 5-6 patients
• Number of Beds: 14

Required Qualifications

• Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in Med Surg, Postpartum, and Pediatrics
  • Recent experience in the specified areas is required
• Skills:

  • IV placement
  • NG tube placement
  • Fundal checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Med Surg
• Additional certifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) appreciated

Common Diagnoses/Treatments

• Bowel obstruction
• Hip fracture
• Cholelithiasis
• Appendicitis
• Postpartum care
