Overview

• Travel assignment in Conroe, Texas
• Start: rapid response, 5-7 days from offer
• Contract length: 6 weeks
• Hours per week: 48
• Unit: Emergency Department
• Floor: 2nd
• Building: 504
• Beds: 30 physical, 8 hall beds
• Patient ratio: 1:4
• No RTO or special scheduling
• Every other weekend

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Critical Care Float experience with 1 year of experience
• Critical Care Float experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Rapid Response experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC

Preferred Qualifications

• ENPC

Unit Details

• Staffed with CNs, RNs, and Paramedic or LVN coverage
• Equipment includes Baxter IV pumps, GE Monitors, Ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, Belmont Rapid Infusers, and a portable EKG machine
• EMR: Meditech
