Location: Birmingham, Alabama
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Department: Diagnostic Imaging (MRI)
Number of Openings: 1
Shift: Friday – Saturday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Variable Full Time)
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours (all weekend hours)
Call Requirements: None
Float Requirements: None

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 2
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment: GE Signa Explorer 1.5T, GE Signa Architect 3T
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
Patient Type: Variety including Emergency Department, Inpatient, and Unit patients

Required Qualifications

MRI Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
ARRT (R)(MRI) certification
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Preferred Attributes

Positive collaboration with other departments
Commitment to excellent patient care and quality exams
Ability to multi-task
