Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Long Term Acute Care (2 years of experience)
Long Term Acute Care experience within the last year
Experience in a Long Term Acute Care setting
Telemetry experience
Ventilator and tracheostomy experience
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Role Summary

Provides care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
Responsible for shift accountability, clinical judgment, delegation, and supervision of assigned personnel
Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education
