Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Travel Position - Virginia

Job Details

Location: Luray, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (3 shifts of 12 hours)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Weekend/Holiday: Every third weekend and possible holidays required
On-Call: None
Dress Code: Hunter green scrubs; must follow employer dress code policy

Department: Respiratory Therapy
Type of Service: Inpatient Respiratory Therapy
EMR System: EPIC
Patient Population: All ages including Pediatrics (PEDS) and Pediatric ER unit

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Virginia
Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Experience working with Pediatric patients
ACLS certification
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
PALS certification
NRP certification
Willingness to pick up extra shifts for vacations and staffing needs (days or nights)
