Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) - Travel Position

Location: Joplin, Missouri
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8)
Hours per Week: 36 hours guaranteed

Job Description

• Deliver daily radiation treatments including 3D, IMRT, VMAT, SRS, and SBRT.
• Operate Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator with Mosaiq R&V system.
• Assist in maintaining safe and efficient patient care during high demand periods and team PTO coverage.
• CT simulation experience is a plus but not required (handled by another team member).
• Work within the Oncology Unit.

Patient & Unit Information

• Approximately 25-35 patients treated daily.
• Equipment: Single Elekta linear accelerator.
• Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiation Therapist license in Missouri.
• Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience within the last year.
• Experience as a Radiology Technologist.
• Certification: ARRT (R) and BLS required.
• Experience with Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator and Mosaiq R&V.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ARRT (R) VI certification.

Work Environment & Dress Code

• Scrub color: Black.
• No weekend or call requirements.
