Contract Length: 13 weeks

Provide social work case management with a focus on pediatric acute care management.
Duties include crisis intervention, grief and bereavement support, and discharge planning.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Must have experience with EPIC charting system.

Valid Social Worker license in Mississippi (LMSW or LCSW).
Minimum 2 years of social work experience, including experience within the last year.
Experience in pediatric acute care case management.
Case management experience.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Experience working with pediatric patients in an acute care setting.
Experience with EPIC charting system.
