Job Opportunity: Pediatric Social Worker (PEDS Social Work/Discharge Planning)

Location: Jackson, Mississippi
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking a Pediatric Social Worker with experience in discharge planning and case management within pediatric acute care settings. This role involves working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Required Qualifications

Valid Social Worker license in Mississippi
Minimum 2 years of Social Worker experience, including within the last year
Case Management experience
Experience working with Pediatric patients in an Acute Care setting
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Experience with Epic charting system

Additional Information

Position posted under both Case Management and Social Work; only one opening available
50-mile radius rule applies for local candidates
