Job Opportunity: Pediatric Social Worker (PEDS Social Work/Discharge Planning)
Location: Jackson, Mississippi
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Seeking a Pediatric Social Worker with experience in discharge planning and case management within pediatric acute care settings. This role involves working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Social Worker license in Mississippi
- Minimum 2 years of Social Worker experience, including within the last year
- Case Management experience
- Experience working with Pediatric patients in an Acute Care setting
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Experience with Epic charting system
Additional Information
- Position posted under both Case Management and Social Work; only one opening available
- 50-mile radius rule applies for local candidates
