CT Tech Position - Morgantown, West Virginia

Job Details

Specialty: CT Tech (Computed Tomography)
Location: Morgantown, WV
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Department: Radiology - CT
Shifts: 3 night shifts per week, 12 hours each, including weekends
Scheduling: No self-scheduling; shifts are grouped together
Weekend Requirement: Yes
Holiday Requirement: No
Call/Standby: No

Certifications & Requirements

BLS (Basic Life Support)
Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT)
Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
Radiography and CT specialty certifications required
Must have Toshiba/Canon CT scanner experience
Must be able to start IVs (rarely required)

Department & Equipment

6 CT scanners (Toshiba/Canon)
Imaging includes: Head, Chest, Abdomen, Extremities, Level 1 Trauma, Stroke Perfusion
Average scans per day: ~20
EMR/PACS systems: Fuji PACS, EPIC EMR
Radiologist on-site
No Registered Radiology Assistants (RRA)
Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech present

Additional Notes

Must have a driver’s license address outside 50 miles from the facility
Previous permanent candidates must have been gone for 2 years to reapply
Previous travelers must have been gone for 2 years after 1 full year of travel at this facility
Only 2 candidates can be submitted per opening at a time
