Cath Lab Technologist - Houston, TX

Job Details

Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: Houston, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (7 AM - 5 PM)
Hours: 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts
Call Requirement: 4-5 calls per month, including 1 weekend per month
Unit Cases per Day: 40-50
Facility Size: 719 beds, Level I Trauma Center
EMR System: Epic

Job Description

Work in 11 labs covering Electrophysiology (EP), Interventional Radiology (IR), and Cath Lab cases
Minimum of 3 days per month on-call availability expected

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Radiology Technologist, including experience within the last year
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification
Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
